Departure: 9:50 from Dana Point Harbor
Weather: very calm seas with clear skies.
At 10:05 we sighted a North Bound Gray whale right in front of the harbor. Great for our young students. The whale showed great raising its tail before each dive.
At 10:35 we left the Gray whale as we spotted a pod of Common Dolphin North of us feeding in 200 feet of water off Laguna Beach. The young student were delighted with having 1200 Common Dolphin swimming around the boat.
11:40 arrive back at Dana Point Harbor
